Job Description:

Feelings and Rainbows is currently seeking an Associate Clinician for our small non-profit group practice in Fullerton. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly ambitious, self-directed individual to enjoy the benefits of working for a non-profit that is structured like a private practice.

This is a hybrid position with a combination of remote and in-person work, based on the Associate Clinician's preference and office space availability. The ideal candidate is interested in working Saturdays in-person and gaining experience working with children/teens.

Caseload will be a combination of in-person clients and telehealth. The Associate Clinician will be provided internal referrals but is also encouraged to do their own networking. Benefits include flexible scheduling, 1:1 and group supervision. Medical benefits will be offered to employees who work 20+ hours per week. The Associate Clinician must be interested in maintaining a minimum caseload of 10-15 clients per week.

Qualifications:

Currently registered with the BBS in the state of California.
A strong background in working with diverse clients (i.e. LGBTQIA, multicultural, poly, etc.)
Committed to affirming equality and diversity
Must have at least 1000+ hours left to complete under a Licensed Clinician

Pay Range: $20-$50 per hour
