Hello, my name is Jasmine and I am an associate professional clinical counselor.  I’d like to welcome you to the next steps in your wellness journey.  Whether you are new to therapy or looking to continue your journey, I will be of service to you.

I specialize in working with adults who need help navigating anxiety, depression, life changes, emotional development, self-esteem, and gender and sexual identity.  I work to provide an inclusive and affirming space for everyone, especially our LGBTQ+ folks, and approach therapy from a person-centered and solution-focused lens.  I identify within the LGBTQ+ community, and I understand the importance of finding a therapist who you can trust and connect with. 

I believe that therapy is collaborative and that you and I will work together to explore your life experiences, to expand your own self-awareness, and to move towards change.  If you’re looking for a therapist who is compassionate, affirming, and genuinely dedicated to your growth and well-being, I would be honored to work with you.

Some of my interests include traveling, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.  I can be entertained for a while with a good music playlist and a long drive to new places.
