Tracey Clark, LMFT

(she/they)

Clinical Director & Co-Founder

Hi, I’m Tracey—a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Director at Feelings and Rainbows. I’ve been supporting individuals and families for 15 years and am passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, safe, and empowered to grow.

I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ clients, offering an affirming approach to gender exploration, identity, life transitions, relationships, and non-traditional family structures. I’m especially attuned to the needs of those who identify as neurodiverse, creative, or academic.

As a clinical supervisor, I support pre-licensed therapists using an integrative lens grounded in family systems, queer, feminist, and existential theories. My supervision style is collaborative, relational, and rooted in social justice.

When I’m not working, I’m happiest outdoors—camping with my wife and four kids, cycling, snowboarding, walking my dog, or tending (sometimes successfully!) to my vegetable garden. I’m also a big fan of books and sandwiches—though rarely at the same time.
