Services

We are offering both remote and in-person therapy.

Individuals

Our therapists provide a safe and affirming space for individuals to explore their unique experiences, address concerns related to identity, and work towards personal growth, and empowerment. Whether you're navigating challenges specific to the LGBTQ+ experience or seeking support for other issues, we are here for you.

Couples

We understand that relationships are as diverse as the individuals within them. Our experienced therapists provide a supportive and inclusive space for couples to explore their dynamics, enhance communication, and strengthen their connection. Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, planning your future together, or seeking pre-marital counseling, we are committed to fostering a space where love is celebrated in all its forms.

Families

Our family therapy is dedicated to creating a space where families of all compositions feel understood and supported. Our therapists work collaboratively with families to navigate unique dynamics, foster understanding, and strengthen connections. Whether you're addressing issues related to LGBTQ+ identity within the family or seeking assistance with other family concerns, we are here to help.

Children & Adolescents

Navigating the challenges of adolescence can be complex, and our adolescent therapy services are designed to provide a supportive and understanding space for young individuals. Our therapists specialize in addressing the unique needs of adolescents, providing a safe space to discuss concerns related to self-discovery, identity acceptance, and overall mental well-being.
